Shipping & Returns

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the shipping method selected and the type of order placed, processing and shipping times vary. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours only, so please note that the below estimated do not include nights, weekends or holiday.

If you see a delayed shipping message on the website, please expect additional processing and shipping days.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with the shipping and tracking information. You can track your order by using the tracking number and link provided.

Delivery of an order may vary depending on in-stock and pre-order item.

Local Orders: 5 - 7 Working Days.

Overseas Orders: Within 15 Working Days.

*This excludes holidays and logistic provider’s non-working days.

How is the shipping cost determined?  

Orders above $100 SGD or $150 USD will be entitled for free shipping. Shipping cost for overseas orders outside of Singapore will be determined by the weight and sizing of your product within your orders.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be edited or cancelled.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final and we will not be able to accept change-of-mind returns. In cases where you do receive a defective item, please email us at hello@omiliving.com and we’d be more than happy to replace* the item for you.

Items that are in this states does not constitute as defect: Defective Coverage.

*Only eligible for replacement if items are in original packaging with tags/seal.

Does the Pod bundle come with a silicone strap?

No, our The Pod bundle comes with our Signature nylon strap and a silicone container. The silicone strap is available as an add-on!

What’s the difference between the Pod and a thermos flask?

The Pod allows you to pack your food separately and prevent them from getting soggy - all in one Pod. A thermos flask does not give you the flexibility to pack your food separately, which is a hassle as it makes you carry a bunch of containers around. It also has a wide diameter of 13cm which is equivalent to a soup-bowl-size opening. 

Is the Pod very big?

No, while being magically smaller than an iPad, the Pod has the capability to hold up to 1,500ml worth of food!

Will my food spill?

No, the Pod is made to be vacuum insulated and 360° leak proof.

Order Issues

I have a missing item / incorrect item in my order. What do I do?

We’re sorry this happened to your order. Please email us at hello@omiliving.com and our team will assist you within 3 - 5 working days.

What do I do if I receive a defective item in my order?

Please email us at hello@omiliving.com within 7 working days upon receiving your order. Kindly note that your email must include the order number and a clear photo of the area of defect.

Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?

Cancellations and amendments cannot be made after your order has been confirmed as orders are processed almost immediately after confirmation to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible!

What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?

If your payment is declined, please submit a new order as we are unable to process any orders if your payment did not go through.

What should I do if I have provided the incorrect shipping details?

If you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect, kindly contact us immediately via hello@omiliving.com.

Once the item is shipped, we will not be able to redirect the parcel to the new address. Kindly note that we do not replace parcels that are delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
