    Defective Coverage

    Enjoy a 6-month defective coverage period 

    For defective products/parts, kindly email us at hello@omiliving.com within 7 working days upon receiving your order. Kindly note that your email must include the order number and a clear photo of the area of defect. All defects will have to be clearly illustrated in order for our team to identify and provide a replacement accordingly.

    The product/parts COVERED within our defective coverage:: 

    • Cracked, major scratches or dents
    • Unwashed stains
    • Defective insulating properties (Sweating/Heat Retention Failure)
    • Leakage

    Our defective coverage DO NOT COVER:

    • Wear and tear - inclusive of dents, scratches or chips from the flask being damaged 
    • Minor difference of the product from images posted on social media due to difference in screen and colour resolution on different devices
    • Improper use of product - contact with animals or high impact accidents
    • Abuse, negligence, accident, fire and/or chemical damage or other causes beyond our control 
    • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

    Aftercare Instructions

    Do’s:

    - DO wash the Pod with a neutral dishwashing detergent. 

    - DO clean and dry the Pod thoroughly when not in use for an

    extended period of time.  

    - DO store the Pod in a cool, dry place and keep away

    from high temperature and humidity.

    - DO keep out of reach of young children 

    Don’ts:

    - DO NOT place the Pod into electronic products such as ovens, microwave ovens and dishwasher machines. 

    - DO NOT use bleach, chlorine, metal brush etc. to clean the product. 

    - DO NOT boil the Pod to avoid any leakage, burns or dirt caused by high temperature. 

    - DO NOT drop or cause a strong impact to the Pod, otherwise it may lead to deformation and damage, affecting the heat retention of the Pod.
